State Farm All-Saturday Night is an annual event that brings together the NBA’s biggest stars in a celebration of the skills that make the NBA great. This night is always one of the most eagerly anticipated events on the NBA calendar and features four action-packed events. Last year’s AT&T Slam Dunk was won by Mac McClung, and he is back to defend his dunking crown this year.
The event has added a new challenge this year called “Stephen vs. Sabrina 3-Point Challenge.” It is the first-ever NBA vs. WNBA 3-Point Challenge, in which NBA all-time 3-point leader and Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry and WNBA single-season 3-point record holder and New York Liberty guard Sabrina Ionescu will compete against each other.
Here are the participants in the other three events:
Kia Skills Challenge has three teams this year:
- Team Pacers: Tyrese Haliburton (Pacers), Bennedict Mathurin (Pacers), Myles Turner (Pacers)
- Team Top Picks: Palo Banchero (Magic), Anthony Edwards (Timberwolves), Victor Wembanyama (Spurs)
- Team All-Stars: Scottie Barnes (Raptors), Tyrese Maxey (76ers), Trae Young (Hawks)
In the Starry 3-Point Contest, there are eight players participating, including the defending champion, Damian Lillard (Bucks). The other participants are Malik Beasley (Bucks), Jalen Brunson (Knicks), Tyrese Haliburton (Pacers), Lauri Markkanen (Jazz), Donovan Mitchell (Cavaliers), Karl-Anthony Towns (Timberwolves), and Trae Young (Hawks).
Lastly, the fourth event is the Slam Dunk contest, with four participants. The defending champion Mac McClung (G League, Osceola Magic) is participating along with Jaylen Brown (Celtics), Jaime Jaquez Jr. (Heat), and Jacob Toppin (Knicks).
