The Golden State Warriors won a nail-biting game against the Phoenix Suns with a score of 113-112 on Saturday night. Stephen Curry sealed the win for the Warriors with a 33-foot three-pointer with just 0.7 seconds left on the clock. Bradley Beal’s failed attempt to steal the ball from Curry left him out of the play, and Curry capitalized on the opportunity to score the winning shot. Brandin Podziemski’s precise inbounds pass to Curry made the play possible.

Curry’s magnificent performance with 30 points and nine three-pointers helped the Warriors secure their fourth straight victory and sixth win in seven games. It was also Curry’s 10th career-winning shot with five seconds or under. Jonathan Kuminga added 21 points for the Warriors, while Draymond Green had 15 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds.

Devin Booker led the Suns with 32 points, and Kevin Durant scored 24 points. Despite the valiant efforts of the Suns, they couldn’t secure the win. They had two chances to score after Curry’s three-pointer, but they missed both opportunities. Booker was fouled under the basket on the first attempt, and Durant couldn’t attempt a shot on the second.

The Warriors and Suns have played six games decided by one point this season, and the Warriors have won four of them. The Warriors have also played the most clutch games this season, with 35 games decided by five points or less.

Gary Payton returned to the game after missing the last 16 games due to a left hamstring injury. He added 11 points for the Warriors. Royce O’Neale made his debut for the Suns after being acquired at the trade deadline, and he scored three points. However, David Roddy, the Suns’ other deadline acquisition, didn’t play.

Draymond Green, who had avoided technical fouls since returning from an indefinite suspension in January, picked up a technical foul while arguing for a foul call after making a layup in the third quarter. Green and Suns center Jusuf Nurkic exchanged words and taunts throughout the game. Nurkic said that Green didn’t learn anything from his suspension and that he would hit someone else again. But Green thought he had a great game.
