Honestly this couple weeks I feel like the only thing I have written about is James Harden breaking more and more records. In total he has broken 4 records, including passing Ray Allen in 3 pointers, getting 100 40 point games, tying Wilt Chamberlain in Triple Doubles, getting 27,000 career points and now he officially has passed another milestone. Setting a new 3 pointer record.

James Harden in the the first half of the 126-122 Clippers win the Denver Nuggets became only the second player of all time to reach 3000 3 pointers in their careers, joining Stephen Curry, who has been the only player ever before today.

“Another one of those accomplishments that you never take for granted,” Harden said. “The amount of work that I’ve put in, countless days and nights where I put the work in, a lot of people don’t see it but the results happen, so I’m just thankful.”

Harden led the Clippers with 39 points, along with 11 assists and 9 rebounds, 1 rebound shy of a triple double.

Since trading Paul George last season, the Clippers record is 13-9 also without Kawhi Leonard, who has been injured with a inflammation in his surgically repaired right knee the whole season.
