Josh Green, the Australian, was the 15th overall pick in the 2020 draft, has spent his whole 4 year career with the Mavericks and averaged 8.2 PPG, 3.2 RPG and 2.3 APG in 2024.
In 2023-24, Thompson averaged 17.9 PPG, 3.3 RPG, 2.3 APG while shooting 43.2% overall and 38.7% on 3-pointers.
Klay is 6th all time in made 3 pointers with 2481, and holds the NBA record for most 3 pointers in a single game with 14.
Thompson hasn’t been the player he used to after catastrophic injuries to his knee and Achilles, missing two full seasons in 2019-20 and 2020-21.
