Mitchell Robinson, the talented and athletic Centre of the New York Knicks, was unfortunately sidelined for a total of 50 games due to a left ankle injury sustained in December. However, after months of recovery, Robinson finally made his comeback in the Knicks’ recent game against the Atlanta Hawks. Even though he came off the bench, he made an instant impact on the game, scoring eight points in just 12 minutes of playing time.
Robinson’s defensive skills were also on display in his first game back, as he managed to block two shots and pull down two rebounds. Despite his impressive performance, Robinson remains humble and acknowledges that he still has some areas to improve on, particularly with his defense. “At least my defense is kind of there,” Robinson remarked after the game. “I’ve still got a little bit to work on with that.” Overall, Robinson’s return to the court was a much-needed boost for the Knicks, and fans are excited to see what he will accomplish in the coming games.
