Sengun and Brunson go off in Week 6 player of the week

The players of the week in week 6 of the NBA have been announced and little Jokic out in Houston Alperen Sengun and the All-Star out in the Big Apple Jalen Brunson win Player of the Week awards.

Sengun’s Rocket’s have been on fire this week, going 3-0, and surprisingly being the 2nd seed with a 15-7 record, beating teams like the Mavericks, Grizzlies, Clippers, Suns, Warriors, Nuggets and Lakers, all teams with playoff experience, All-Stars and MVP’s and just bucket getters. The core of the Rockets are so young, with the exception of Fred VanVleet.

Sengun averaged an impressive 21.3 PPG, 12.7 RPG and 9 APG in the week, now you know why he is called Baby Jokic, but Sengun actually dunks.

Out in the East we have Jalen Brunson winning the Eastern Conference Player of the Week. After trading for Karl-Anthony Towns, the Knicks are looking incredible with Brunson and KAT pick and roll offense and is at the 4th seed with a 13-8 record.

This Week Jalen Brunson has been averaging 26.8 PPG, 9.8 APG and 53.7% from the field, and as a team the Knicks have been good, with a 3-1 record.
