Both players put up some impressive numbers in the week gone by, with Durant, the Phoenix Suns forward, averaging 31.0 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks per game, this is Kevin Durants 32nd time winning player of the week, third in NBA history. On the other hand, Embiid, the Philadelphia 76ers center, posted an average of 37.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game in the Eastern Conference, the third time this season the 76ers big man took home this award. Both of them led their teams to undefeated records in the week, with the Suns going 3-0 and the Sixers posting a 4-0 record.
