In week 19 of the basketball season, LeBron James was crowned the Western Conference Player of the Week. As expected, LeBron has been an incredible team player and an exceptional athlete. Throughout the week, he has shown impressive stats, averaging 30.3 points per game, 4.7 rebounds per game, and 8.7 assists per game. He has also been a formidable defender, stopping anyone who dares to challenge him. On average, he has made 1.3 steals per game and 1 BPG blocks per game. Additionally, LeBron has been exceptional in his shooting, splashing 3.7 3-pointers per game and maintaining a 50% success rate on all 3-pointers. His field goal percentage was also very impressive, making 56.9% FG. This is a percentage that we would normally expect from centers, as they usually stick to the paint.
On the other hand, Jaylen Brown won the week 19 Eastern Conference Player of the Week. The Boston Celtics have been an overpowered, super team that has been on fire lately, winning all three games in week 19. Jaylen Brown was the main reason for their success, displaying impressive averages of 28.5 points per game, 5.3 rebounds per game, and 3 APG assists per game. His shooting was also impressive, making 62.3% FG, 47.1% 3PT, and 84.6 FT. However, he was not alone in his success. His teammates also played an exceptional role in establishing Boston as the best team in the league. Jayson Tatum averaged 29.3 PPG, Porzingis pulled down 9 RPG rebounds, Jrue was a force on the defensive end, and Derrick White had incredible shooting. All in all, the Boston Celtics have proven themselves to be a true force to be reckoned with.
