At 6’9″, Flagg is the undisputed No. 1 recruit in the class of 2024. He is considered an elite two-way prospect, according to Adam Finkelstein of 247Sports. His stock has risen since then as he’s led Monteverde Academy to a 16-0 record and the No. 1 spot on USA Today’s Super 25 basketball rankings.
While Flagg would most likely be the top choice in the 2025 NBA draft, for now, he’s focused on continuing his winning streak with Monteverde Academy before heading to Duke. The Spalding Hoophall Classic in Springfield, Massachusetts, is up next for Flagg and his team.
